My highlights of the year.

Let’s see! Hmm! Oh, cross country! Cross country was my favourite highlight of the year because we got to finally exercise and I was too lazy to run. My friend Faith was having so much pain in her stomach. I felt so sorry for her so I stayed last and helped her cross the line. We held hands at the finishing line.

Wait a minute! The Senior Disco was my favourite because we got to dance and wear some 

fancy clothes. I just wore a long jacket and long pants. Also it’s my favourite because we got to eat some food and have some drinks. We even got to party all night ... or not.

Hmm! Let's see! Nah, wait a minute! It is pink day! Pink day was kind of my favourite 

because my favourite colours are violet and blue. Every girl and a little bit of boys were 

celebrating Pink Day and I was wondering why were we celebrating Pink Day?

Line Tag was really fun! You guys should try playing it! It was my favourite because I got to tag people and I… cheated. I know we weren't supposed to but I already got tagged ... so yeah.

How I made my poster?

First I chose my sea creature. my sea creature was a fur seal because it was cute to me. Next I searched information about my sea creature. Then I made a practice poster which I did not finish because I was wasting my time. After that it was time to do a real poster and I finished it but I did not finish colouring it. Finally, I blogged it and finished! These were the things I used: a piece of white paper, scissors, a ruler, pencils, markers, crayons and that's it!

Cross country

Yesterday, on Monday we had cross 'country! I was so excited and energised. First we changed house team. When we finished changing, we lined up and sat down on the concrete. Thank God it was hot and sunny. As I was looking at the races, I was ready to race. Then it was my turn to run. Mr Somerville shouted "Ready!Set!Go! I ran so fast but all the girls beat me. I felt so exhausted so I began to walk. When I went out of the concrete the grass was so muddy so I walked on the right side. During the race Faith felt pain in her stomach so I began to walk with her. My heart was beating so fast that I was out of breath and my legs were sore. When me and Faith were nearly at the finishing line, we were holding hands. I was so exhausted but good thing that there was water. Well, when I was drinking water I said in my head "I'm never doing this again".

On Thursday we learned hockey. First we lined up next to the pole. Next we all walked to Kiwi sport in two lines. Then we learned Bank and River. It's a game too. So we played the game. The coach said Bank so I jumped behind the line. It was to easy that I didn't lose. So the coach decided to make it more harder. When she made it more harder I lost. Well that's good because I got to watch the other people play the game. As we finished the game we played a real hockey game. The coach said any number and the number of people will go. In hockey I felt really energised and excited but I said to myself before kiwi sport "I can't do this but I will try".

Last week on Monday room 22 went to maker space with Mr Vogt to make some beautiful art and delicious food. first we got our crunchy and soft white bread and gently slided yellow smooth butter on my crunchy and soft white bread. Next there was Lot's of healthy vegetable's and fruit, I picked yellow cheese, crunchy and green lettuce and pieces of orange carrot's. After that I wrapped my tasty healthy sandwichand taped it marzoli helped me to tape my tasty healthy sandwich
